NeON Photography Program — Spring 2026 Registration
Program Overview
NeON Photography is a free, 12-week hands-on program designed to help you explore the art of visual storytelling through photography. Participants will learn the fundamentals of composition, lighting, portraiture, and event photography — using DSLR cameras provided by the program. The semester culminates in a curated group gallery exhibition, showcasing participants’ creative work.
Program Dates: April 6 – June 26, 2026

Course Overview
This beginner-friendly program introduces students to the essentials of digital photography, including camera control, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Each class blends guided instruction with hands-on practice, encouraging participants to see familiar spaces through a creative lens and share stories that celebrate people, place, and community.

Spring Gallery Exhibition: June 11 – June 12
Notification of Acceptance: April 1st by 4:00 PM

Program Requirements
- Current NYC resident
- Age 18 or older
- Able to attend all 12 weeks
- Open to creativity, collaboration, and exploration
